It’s been a long time coming but we finally got to race at Buckmore Park –
something the lads have been wanting to do for years.

We entered 2 teams in their 3hr team endurance race today and the lads did
themselves proud.

Never having raced here, the lads didn’t know the circuit but they learn
fast.

With a full grid of over 20 teams, the lads worked their way to the top of
the table, securing 1st and 2nd places for much of the race.

A blown exhaust needed replacing, which dropped KF1 down to 10th, but again
they fought their way back to P1.

Mark Allen clocked the Fastest Lap of the Race – very impressive!

Rain added to the challenges but the lads did an amazing job and brought
their karts home in P3 and P5.

We look forward to many more races at Buckmore Park – without a doubt one of
the country’s top karting circuits.
